Chronic Ankle Sprain

Master Tung’s Acupuncture for Chronic Ankle Sprain

Case Study: Woman 64-Year-Old

In this video, we explore the application of Master Tung’s acupuncture techniques in treating a chronic ankle sprain in a 64-year-old woman. The practitioner begins by addressing findings on the three yang channels of the leg, utilizing specific image-based points on the opposite side of the body. Subsequent treatments involve bloodletting, and the addition of points to target systemic issues such as swelling in the legs, related to the kidneys, heart, and lungs.

Through a series of ten treatments, the patient experiences significant improvement, ultimately resolving the ankle pain and limping. This case highlights the effectiveness of Master Tung’s acupuncture approach in addressing both localized pain and systemic imbalances.
