Course Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These terms apply to all courses, seminars and workshops offered by Shaun Goodman under the name Tung’s Acupuncture (tungsacupuncture.org). By registering for or purchasing a course, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Online courses

Purchased on this website. Access is granted immediately. All sales are final. No refunds.

In-person seminars

Registration and payment are handled by the local organizer. The cancellation policy on each seminar page applies.

1. Online courses

Online courses (recorded video courses, distance-learning courses and digital course materials) are purchased directly through this website.

1.1 Immediate access

Once payment is completed, you receive immediate access to the course content. Because the content is digital and can be viewed or downloaded as soon as access is granted, it cannot be “returned.”

1.2 All sales are final, no refunds

All purchases of online courses are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, once the purchase is completed and access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation once access has been provided.

1.3 Exceptions

A refund or credit will be considered only in the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same course (duplicate payment).
  • A technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Such requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase through our contact page.

1.4 Personal use

Course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details, recording, copying or redistributing course content is prohibited and may result in access being revoked without refund.

2. In-person seminars & workshops

In-person seminars and workshops are organized in cooperation with local organizers in each country or city.

  • Registration and payment for in-person seminars are handled directly by the local organizer. They are not processed through this website.
  • The cancellation and refund policy for each in-person seminar is published on that seminar’s course page. It applies to all participants of that seminar.
  • Refund requests for in-person seminars should be directed to the seminar’s organizer, according to the policy on the course page.
  • If a seminar is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, registered participants will be notified, and the cancellation policy on the course page will apply.

3. Continuing education credits

Selected courses are approved by the NCBAHM (PDA Provider #9357). A certificate of completion is issued to participants who meet the course completion requirements. It is the participant’s responsibility to confirm that a course meets the continuing-education requirements of their own state, country or licensing body. Not receiving credit from a specific licensing body is not grounds for a refund.

4. Changes to courses

We may update, improve or reorganize course content, and adjust the dates or format of live sessions when necessary. Where a change significantly affects a course you have purchased, we will notify you.

5. Payment disputes

If you have a problem with a payment or a course, please contact us first through our contact page. We will do our best to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of course access.
