Lee Kuo Cheng [李國政], Li Guo Zheng (pinyin), a second-generation direct disciple of Master Tung (student of Hu Wen Zi [胡 文智]), is a remarkable figure who bridges the past and the future of Tung’s acupuncture. While most people learn Tung’s acupuncture points sequentially, Master Li discovered a simple system underlying these effective points. Through extensive research and clinical practice, he confirmed Master Tung’s saying: “Understanding one finger can diagnose and treat hundreds of diseases.”

In 1992, Master Li published works detailing the application of holographic principles to Tung’s acupuncture points, revealing the system’s profound logic. His approach simplifies Tung’s acupuncture, making it easier to learn, understand, and apply effectively.

Master Li’s dedication and extensive writings have profoundly influenced scholars of Tung’s acupuncture. Over three decades, he has tirelessly promoted this valuable healing method, earning high regard in academic and clinical communities worldwide. Master Li’s contributions have made Tung’s acupuncture more accessible and widely practiced, continuing the legacy of Master Tung Ching-Chang.
