Location

Three points on the dorsal aspect of the middle segment of the fourth finger, along the radial line.
To locate the points, divide the segment into four equal parts.

Needling

perpendicular, 0.2 - 0.3 cun.

The points do not appear in Master Tung's original book. They were first introduced by Hu Wen Zi.
Hu Wen Zi: Points 77.27 Wai San and 33.01-02 San Qi, along with points 77.05-07 San Zhong and Guan, are important for treating rectal cancer.

Zhèng 正— Straight, correct, precise, to correct, main, principal.
Tǔ 土— Earth.
The names of the points suggest their ability to correct the earth (digestive system).
