Location

Three points:
Ěr Sān Shàng [耳三上] Located at the top of the ear, at the end of the fold when folding the ear towards the tragus. Corresponds to Er Jian M-HN-10 and the auriculotherapy point Allergy.
Ěr Sān Zhōng [耳三中] Located at the midpoint of the outer Helix. Corresponds to the auriculotherapy point Tonsil-2.
Ěr Sān Xià [耳三下] Located at the lowest part of the earlobe. Corresponds to the auriculotherapy point Helix-6.

Needling

Bloodletting, between 10 to 40 drops.

Kidney and lung.

Indications

Cholera.
Migraine.
Cold.
Sore throat, enlarged tonsils.

Lower back pain.
Urinary tract infection.
Palpitations, insomnia.
Excessive sweating.

More Info

Primarily use the upper point Er San Shang.
Er San Zhong and Er San Xia are used to treat pharyngitis and tonsillitis, similar to the corresponding auriculotherapy points Helix-6 and Tonsil-1.
